To request installation of a 2 pole or 4 pole isolation switch, you can:
This switch may be used by the customer's electrical installer, so that they can de-energise and re-energise the customer's installation themselves. However we may take a charge for this work.
You may need to move your meter to make room for your isolation switch. We have more information about this on our Move my Meter page.
