Before you start

You will need:

  • Site postcode or location
  • Site plan showing the location of meter points for the property / properties you are applying to connect (optional at this stage)
  • Property information e.g. number of bedrooms and heating type 
  • Your correspondence information

What happens next?

Once we have your application, we will send you a connections offer. This will be valid for 90 days and work will usually be carried out within this time frame. You can view our guidance for post-acceptance here
